8 ounce fillet of Syd's Canadian Smoked Salmon

Your fresh Atlantic salmon fillet will come vacuum sealed and will easily last for a month or so in the fridge (I think the record so far is 3 months) it will last for 6 months in the freezer. Once opened, I wouldn’t let it go longer then a week (not that they ever last that long). You can freeze them once opened and they should be fine for a few months.

All of our fresh Salmon is sourced responsibly from the best fishmongers we can find. Only the finest organic ingredients go into our marinade.
